All exchange claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed. Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
When can you request an exchange?
We only accept exchange requests in the following situations:
Eligible for exchange
- Wrong item delivered
- Item arrived broken
- Item arrived damaged
Not eligible
- Change of mind
- Item opened or used
- Claim filed after 48 hours
- Damage caused by misuse
- Missing original packaging
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. All approved claims are resolved through an exchange — a replacement item will be delivered to you.
How to file a claim
- Check your order immediately on arrival
- Open your parcel in front of the delivery rider if possible. You have only 48 hours from delivery to file a claim — don’t wait.
- Take a clear photo or video
- Document the issue — a photo or short video of the damaged, broken, or wrong item. You’ll need this when submitting your claim.
- Submit your claim
- File your complaint through our website’s complaint center, or WhatsApp us at 0315-4403330 with your order number and photos.
- Exchange arranged
- Once your claim is verified and approved, a replacement item will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
A note on beauty & hygiene products
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, haircare, and personal care products are strictly non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective. Please inspect your item before opening the seal.
