Shipping

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched the next morning.

Once dispatched, your order will normally be delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery may take longer in some areas or during unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, road blockages, jalsa/juloos, strikes, or courier delays.

Returns

We offer a 7-day easy return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original condition and packaging may not be eligible for return.

An unboxing video is required for claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. This helps us verify the condition of the parcel when it was received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days through Bank Transfer or Easypaisa.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
